Enterprise & Product
Complex SaaS platforms, internal tools, and deep product flows, 0→1 through scale.
I designed NetBase Pro for people who needed Enterprise data without becoming analysts. I also worked on research and features for the Enterprise product.
I designed two internal Apple tools: a security dashboard for personal devices and a Facilities platform for finding and managing rooms across campuses.
At TriNet I worked on payroll flows for terminations and multiple rates of pay. The goal was to put work the system could handle back in the product, rather than leave it to CSRs.
I consulted on the public QuickBooks Online site and Sentinel, the internal Salesforce Lightning tools behind it, including a document exchange and signature flow.
I designed for a values shopping plugin as it grew from two ethical issues to more than 30. People could choose what mattered to them and see the effect in a personal dashboard.
I designed a trial and license portal for TIBCO on an e-commerce platform that had been built for shopping carts. It was a bridge until the full rebuild.
I used paper prototypes to bring a rejected mobile launch back on track, translating the desktop experience to phones on a short timeline.
I redesigned Reachable's referral tool so people could compare introduction paths in one view instead of working through a long scroll log.
I designed Configure-Price-Quote and quote-to-order flows for Autodesk's Apollo program, where a simple customer path had to work with complex pricing and internal controls.
I redesigned guest access for Deltek's Kona platform. People could set and revoke access to either a whole space or a single conversation.
I designed HP Access Catalog as an app store each organization could configure, with IT managing access and approvals behind it.
As the first UX hire on a three-month bridge, I diagnosed why users couldn't finish the flagship complaint flow, and left a defensible direction.
